Implementing the Agile development methodology we are able to implement rapid development, provide our clients with continuous feedback whilst allowing flexibility to perform changes and tweaks through the development cycle. Whilst such methodology bears certain project management risks (no strict defined requirements or project plan) it allows for frequent releases, continual integration, ongoing client involvement, iterative functional deliveries, and regular requirements reviews. This additional flexibility and client interaction ensures that majority of risks are mitigated during development, where the cost of changes is minimal, rather then during user acceptance testing or training where the cost to change is significantly higher.
